I'll admit they do sound poetic, but I take each one of those words very seriously. I believe that every couple deserves to have imagery that doesn't go out of style after a few years, and I've designed every part of my process to create that kind of work for you. The goal is to make sure you still have your photos on your wall & your video playing on the TV when you hit your 40th & 50th anniversaries, and love them just as much then as you did the day you first saw them!
I take a more hands-off approach to a wedding day. I'll always jump in & direct when it's time to shoot family photos & portraits of the two of you, but no amount of posing or direction will ever be equal to candid moments during your ceremony or first dances. When it's portrait time, I'll run the show- but when it's not, I do my best work in the background, letting you & your other half enjoy the day!
More than anything, I want to make sure your photos & videos feel like YOU. You & your fiancé weren't cut from a mold, and as such you deserve better than cookie cutter imagery! One of the highest compliments I can receive is that "our video felt just like us" or "the photos felt so true to who we are"- when I hear that (and fortunately, it's not uncommon!), I know I've done my job right.
